Is the apartment still available?
I'm Luke Rauschen, a 24-year-old German student moving to the Netherlands together with my wife Mirijana, 25, to start our studies in Business at Maastricht University from September 1st, 2026. We're looking for a place to settle into from September/ October for a year or longer.
We're a quiet, tidy couple (no smoking, no drinking, no pets) and we love exploring by bike, like to be outside or to spend time at home baking and cooking. We've proven ourselves to be reliable and responsible tenants on multiple occasions, and we're financially very stable: our parents support us generously and are happy to act as guarantors if needed. We also intend to work alongside our studies. Rent payment won't be an issue.
A few key details:
Available from: as soon as possible, preferably October 1.
Lease length: 12+ months preferred
Non-smokers, no pets, no drinking
