I'm an incoming Master's student at Maastricht University, starting the MA in European Public Affairs this coming academic year. I don't currently have a personal income, as I'll be a full-time student, but my parents are willing to act as guarantors.
I am single, with no pets, and I don't smoke or play any instruments. I would be available to move in right away, and I'm looking for a year-long tenancy, 12 months.
In terms of personality, I would describe myself as quiet, clean, respectful, and focused. I enjoy reading, studying, and generally quiet evenings at home. I also have three years of renting experience in the United Kingdom during my undergraduate studies, with a clean rental record and positive references from previous landlords.
