I am writing to express my strong interest in renting this apartment on behalf of my daughter, Lydia Basdekis, who will be moving to the Netherlands from Greece this August to begin her studies in Maastricht. 

As a student, Lydia does not have an independent income. However, I will be acting as her full financial guarantor. I am originally from Greece but am currently working in Saudi Arabia as a professional, earning a gross annual income of approximately €15,000. We have all necessary verification documents (proof of income, employment contract, and passports) fully prepared and ready for immediate submission upon your request. 

Furthermore, we are prepared to transfer the security deposit and any initial required fees immediately to secure the lease.

Since Lydia is currently in Greece and I am working in Saudi Arabia, my brother—who legally lives and works in the Netherlands—is fully available to conduct the physical viewing of the apartment on our behalf.
