My name is Francesca, I am a 21-year-old Italian student and I will be starting a Master's degree at the School of Business and Economics of Maastricht University in September.
I am looking for a studio or apartment in Maastricht for a long-term stay, as I plan to remain in the city for the duration of my Master's programme (2 years).
I have several years of experience living independently and in shared apartments, and I consider myself a clean, tidy and responsible person. I am respectful of both the property and the people around me, and I always make sure to maintain a peaceful and pleasant living environment.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, doing sports, watching movies and spending time with friends. I do not smoke and I do not play any musical instruments.
My budget is around €900 per month, but I am flexible for studios that are eligible for Dutch housing allowance (huurtoeslag).
